  Analysis of chemical contaminants in the marine environment:

     Chemical speciation of trace metals in the water column.
     Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in sediments and biota.
     Integration of chemical and biological parameters to study the environmental quality of the marine environment.
